# RepDB — Commercial License (v1.0)

This license covers the RepDB exercise dataset (JSON, SQLite, SQL dump)
and associated WebP image assets distributed in this archive.

## What you can do
- Use the dataset and images inside your own product (web, mobile, desktop).
- Modify the JSON/SQL data for your use case.
- Ship images as part of your app bundles / web pages.
- Use in commercial and paid products.

## What you cannot do
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw dataset or raw images as a
  dataset / asset pack. (Integrated use inside a product is fine;
  re-packaging for third parties is not.)
- Remove credit in any source code you publish that directly references
  the dataset — a line like "// Data: RepDB" is requested, not required.
- Use in training of ML models intended for resale.

## Tier scope
- Indie — one product, for hobby use or revenue < €10,000/year.
- Standard — one commercial product, no revenue cap.
- Unlimited — unlimited products, agencies, white-label distribution
  allowed inside customer products; raw-bundle redistribution still forbidden.

## Warranty
Provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. RepDB is not liable for
damages arising from use of the data. Exercise content is informational;
users perform exercises at their own risk.
