These terms cover this website and the RepDB commercial license. They are not the sales contract: purchases are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record (see §2).

1. What we sell

RepDB is a one-time-purchase exercise dataset — a downloadable archive containing JSON, SQLite, WebP images, and a commercial license. There are no recurring fees and no subscription.

2. Seller of record

The purchase is sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC) acting as Merchant of Record. For the purchase itself — payment, VAT, invoicing, the sales contract, refunds, and the statutory right of withdrawal — Lemon Squeezy is your contractual seller and its terms apply. RepDB (Sergei Argutin) is the data provider and licensor.

3. License

Your use of the dataset is governed by the Commercial License delivered with your purchase (see /license). The tier you purchased — Starter or Standard — determines the scope; Enterprise licenses are agreed individually.

4. Refunds & withdrawal

Refunds and the statutory right of withdrawal are handled by Lemon Squeezy as seller. For digital content the withdrawal right can expire early — see /widerruf for details. If you have a problem with your order, email support@repdb.co and we will help or forward your request to Lemon Squeezy.

5. Purchased version and future releases

The bundle version delivered with your purchase is yours to keep and use under its license with no time limit. We may provide corrected or maintenance builds of that purchased version at no extra charge. Future content expansions, new editions, and major versions are not included unless explicitly stated at the point of sale and may be sold separately. Any update entitlement expressly stated when an earlier order was placed remains applicable to that order.

6. Warranty & liability

The dataset is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for damages arising from use of the data is excluded. This exclusion does not apply to liability for injury to life, body or health, to intent or gross negligence, to claims under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz), or to any other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Exercise content is informational and not medical advice; users perform exercises at their own risk. Full terms are in the Commercial License.

7. Governing law

These website terms and the RepDB license are governed by the laws of Germany. (For the purchase contract, Lemon Squeezy's terms and choice of law govern.) If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
