1. What we sell

RepDB is a one-time-purchase exercise dataset — a downloadable archive containing JSON, SQLite, WebP images, and a commercial license. There are no recurring fees unless you specifically purchase a separately-priced updates subscription.

2. License

Your use of the dataset is governed by the Commercial License delivered with your purchase (see /license). The tier you purchased determines the scope — Indie, Standard, or Unlimited.

3. Refunds

Because RepDB is digital data delivered on purchase, refunds are handled case-by-case by email within 14 days of purchase. Reach out to support@repdb.co.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. They handle VAT, invoicing, and payment method security. Card data never touches our servers.

5. Updates

Each tier includes a fixed update window (6 or 12 months from purchase). After that, the data you downloaded is yours forever; new updates require purchasing an updates extension.

6. Warranty

Provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Exercise content is informational — users perform exercises at their own risk. See the Commercial License for full liability terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Berlin.
